Streaming Wheel for Twitch and YouTube Creators

Give chat something to watch: giveaway draws, next-game votes, and raffle spins that look good on stream.

A wheel is good stream content for a simple reason: viewers stay for the result. A nine second spin gives chat time to type, predict, and react, and it gives you a natural beat to talk over. This version defaults to a slower spin, sound on, and a neon palette that holds up against game footage.

The starting entries are a mix of segments and next-game options, which is how a lot of streams use a wheel day to day. Replace them with your own, or paste in a list of names from a giveaway and draw winners straight from it.

Add this page as a browser source or window capture in OBS or Streamlabs. Your entries are kept in your browser between streams, so you only build the list once.

How to Run the Wheel on Stream

1

Build the List Before You Go Live

Paste entries, giveaway names, or game options ahead of time. If you give subscribers extra chances, set their weight with the slider instead of listing a name several times, so the odds stay visible.

2

Capture the Wheel in OBS

Use a window capture or browser source on the tab, then go fullscreen on that monitor. Test the audio levels once so the spin sound sits under your voice.

3

Announce the Rules, Then Spin

Say what the wheel decides and how entries were collected before the spin starts. Viewers accept a result they saw explained far more readily than one that appears out of nowhere.

4

Remove Winners for Multi-Prize Draws

Turn on remove-winner when you have several prizes. Each winner leaves the wheel, so nobody takes two. The History panel keeps the order of winners for your records.

What Streamers Use It For

Subscriber and Follower Giveaways

Load the eligible names, spin on camera, and read the winner aloud. The visible draw is the proof: viewers see the list, the spin, and the result in one continuous take.

Deciding the Next Game

Put the games you are torn between on the wheel, or let a donation tier buy extra slices for a game. Chat gets a say, and you stop spending ten minutes of airtime deciding.

Viewer Interaction Segments

Loser punishments, challenge modifiers, chat-chosen loadouts, a surprise Q&A topic. A wheel turns a dead moment between rounds into a segment that people clip.

Raffle Draws at the End of a Stream

Collect raffle entries in chat over the stream, paste them in at the end, and draw. It gives viewers a reason to stay until the finish and a clear moment to wrap the show.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Streaming Wheel

How do I add the wheel to OBS?

Open this page in a browser, then add a Window Capture or Display Capture source in OBS. Going fullscreen first gives you a clean frame, and you can crop the source to just the wheel.

Can I give subscribers better odds than non-subscribers?

Yes. Open the weight slider beside any entry and raise it. A live percentage readout shows exactly how much of the wheel that entry covers, which makes the odds easy to explain to chat.

Can I draw winners from my YouTube comments?

Yes, with the YouTube Comment Picker, which can pull commenters from a public video into a wheel. For Instagram entries, use the Instagram Comment Picker and paste the handles in.

Does the wheel prove the draw was fair?

Each spin result is chosen with your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and the History panel records the winners. You are still responsible for following the contest rules of your platform and your region.

Can viewers see the wheel before I spin it?

Yes. Use Share to create a link to your exact wheel and post it in chat, so viewers can see every entry and slice before the spin.

Will my entries still be there next stream?

Yes, if you use the same browser on the same device. Entries and settings save automatically, so you can leave a recurring list in place.
